How we define scope

We review the nature of the work and regulatory requirements before any commitment.

  1. We review requirements

We identify what your activity requires organizationally, and what must stay outside the system.

  2. We define features

We select only the administrative features needed, with no claims of clinical capability.

  3. We write the scope

We state what will be delivered and what is excluded before build.

In healthcare we work on the administrative side only. We provide no medical advice and claim no certification from any regulator.

Questions about healthcare

Do you provide medical solutions?

No. We do not provide diagnosis or medical advice, and we do not sell medical devices. Our work is purely administrative organization, defined precisely before build.

Is the system certified by a regulator?

We make no claim of certification or compliance with any authority. Regulatory requirements are reviewed per project, and what can be implemented is agreed.

Can it manage clinic appointments only, without patient files?

Yes. Scope can be limited to appointments and the daily schedule if that is the core need.

Who can access the data?

User permissions are defined within scope, and who sees what is agreed before implementation.
